These terms govern use of giga.farm. By using the site, you agree to them.

Information only

The site describes Gigafarm’s interests in farmland, renewable energy, and potential transaction structures. Its content is general information, may change without notice, and is not a commitment to any particular project or course of action. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

No transaction or relationship

Information on this site is not an offer to buy or sell land or securities, a request to enter an investment, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Sending an inquiry does not mean Gigafarm accepts a proposal and does not create an investment, ownership interest, partnership, contract, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or other obligation. Any transaction requires separate negotiation, documentation, acceptance, and execution by the parties. Gigafarm may decline any proposal and has no obligation to respond.

Land and energy proposals

We do not guarantee that we will acquire, lease, restore, preserve, develop, or invest in any submitted property or project. Property conditions, legal requirements, economics, and other factors would need independent review. Descriptions of possible energy uses do not mean a project is planned or underway.

Submissions

Do not send trade secrets, confidential material, account credentials, sensitive personal information, or information you lack authority to share. Submissions should not be treated as confidential unless Gigafarm separately agrees in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit and for obtaining permission to share it. We may use submitted information to evaluate and respond to an inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or send spam. We may restrict access to protect the site and its users.

Third-party links and intellectual property

Any third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control their content. Site text, design, and Gigafarm branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Gigafarm is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from site use, inability to use the site, or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent through our contact form.
